Hump Day Flash Fiction!!! Risky Roxxy's Adventures in Dating a Ghoul, Goblin and a... Unicorn?
Happy Hump Day!!!
I hope everyone has had a good week so far. As for me, I've managed to start on my next WIP aside from Risky Roxxy. I don't have a working title for this story yet but once I do I will let you know.
Anyway, with that being said, we all know why we are here... that's right it's Wednesday and that means we continue with our journey through Roxxy's dating life. So without farther ado, I pass the keys over to Ms. Roxxy.
Enjoy :)
The Ghoul Part 2
When dealing with the supernatural, you always have to worry that if a compliment comparing you to a meal was an actual compliment about your looks or if they really intended on having you for dinner at some point.
Or, if you had my luck in life, thanks to my shitty ex, it had been both
However, that was neither here nor there and a sadistic vampire from my past was just as unimportant.
What I needed to concern myself with was the man who currently had me hugged against him.
Right after I'd managed to push myself away the first time, that same god damn lumbering drunk shoved me right back into my late-but totally fuckable date's arms.
Really, is sex all I can think about... Well, yes. When you were in the middle of a horrible drought, water was all you thought about.
This was no different.
Yay for #nosexlife
Still staring at him like the fool I was sure I looked like, I found myself pulled into the deep brown of his eyes...
Okay, I'm lying. Truthfully, there was nothing special about his pretend eye color. But his face, now that was something I enjoyed looking at. Those dark and masculine features of his had my knees weak, which was a great excuse for me to cling to him.
Now, I'll be honest and say that many of the issues in my shitty dating life comes from the fact that I'm drawn to the "other" worldly beauty of the supernatural. The hotter they were, the more sex appeal that oozed from them and it was almost a guarantee that they were bad for my health but great for my bed. And dear lord, don't let them have some type of intricate marking or tribal tattoo... you'd be mopping me up into a bucket.
Annnnnnnd guess what this lovely specimen in front of me had.
Ha, you guessed it!
Tattoos covered those decadent looking biceps and my first thought was to strip him bare and see just how much of his toned body they covered.
All of that with my mouth of course...
Although, I guess I should care about which marking I'd find under that nicely pressed shirt he wore.
While most supers were mixed well with humans, there were some species that well...
Let's just say, they enjoyed a nice and bloody beef steak and not the cow kind.
Yeah... never try dating one of those.
"I take it you like what you see." Again, that voice of his did weird things to those neglected naughty bits of mine.
Unholy and full of sin... he definitely wasn't playing fair.
But' I'd be damned if I let him know my inner thoughts.
"You're o-"
That fucking drunk fell into me again.
I'm going to kill him.
Just as the thought crossed my mind, my date shoved the overweight man forward with a force that solidified the fact that he was a male of the supernatural variety.... well, I knew that from the flash of
red eyes before.
Gasps from the crowd echoed around us and once again the feeling that the fun was just beginning for me.
A growl echoed from behind me and before I knew it I was being pulled towards the other side of the club.
"Fucking humans," He snarled and the looked at me from over his shoulder. Red eyes drilled into me as he asked, "you okay?"
A shiver went down my spine and not a good one.
"Fine. where are we going?" I asked finally getting my footing.
"Right here, have a seat." He released my hand and stepped to the side so I could take one of the chairs.
Folding my arms across my chest, my gaze going back and forth from the chair to him, I asked, "what's your name creature?"
Damn him for that devilish smile he gave before saying, "Mandre, but you can call me Manny."
"Well, Manny," shifting my weight from one foot to the next, I raised a perfectly arched brow and said, "does it look like my ass is fitting in that chair?"
First, shock crossed his features and then an all to familiar heat entered his gaze as he looked me up and down.
And cue another quiver of anticipation from the lady parts.
"Hum," he closed the small distance between us and grabbed my wrist. Pulling me to him, he smirked and I caught a glimpse of pointed teeth that weren't there before. "Sweetheart, the chair might not be able to handle you, but," he leaned in, his breath hot against my ear, "I damn sure can."
And that concludes part 2 of the Ghoul.
The adventures continued next week. 😊
